Danish Dairy Exhibition is a specialised exhibition, which provides an opportunity for the Danish dairy industry to showcase its production of cheese, butter, liquid and condensed products. More than 700 different dairy and dairy-related products are on show, which have all been judged by dairy professionals prior to the exhibition. The producers with the highest score in the cheese, butter, liquid and mixed products categories compete for the prestigious national championship, and the best product in each category receives an honorary award.

Danish Dairy Exhibition takes place annually - every second year as an integral part of Northern Europe's largest tradefair for the food and pharmaceutical industries, FoodPharmaTech.

This year's Danish Dairy Exhibition will be held at Exhibition Centre Herning on 10-11 November.
